The name Corasol is a combination of "Corazon" and "Sol" (translated: "Heart" and "Sun"). Built in 2023 as part of Pure South Residences in the picturesque village of Manilva, the elegantly decorated 120 m2 penthouse offers 3 bedrooms (all equipped with air conditioning), 2,5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room; and a south-oriented 75 m2 terrace with breathtaking sea views and luxurious furniture to relax and enjoy your holiday at the Costa del Sol.

Corasol's 75 m2 terrace offers a breathtaking sea view and is 100% south-facing. On a clear day you will see the Atlas mountains in Morocco from your sun lounger.
It has luxurious furniture including a lounge corner, dinner table and 4 sun loungers and you have a direct view of the second main pool as well as the children's pool.

Although most time is spent outside enjoying the weather and the magnificent view, Corasol offers a modern yet cozy living room with an L-shaped sofa, a SMART-TV with multiple international channels and a dinner table for 6 people. A baby seat is at your disposal.

Corasol has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom (see picture) with double bed, an on suite bathroom, a dressing and direct access to the terrace. A second bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe; and a third bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. An additional baby cot is at your disposal.

There are 2 bathrooms and at the entrance you will find a separate guest toilet. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower and two washbasins (see picture). The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower and 1 washbasin. A hairdryer is at your disposal in each bathroom.

Corasol has a fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, toaster, stove top (induction, 4 ring stoves), coffee machine (Nespresso), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo and juice press.
Behind the kitchen you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing plan.

There are two indoor parking spots at your disposal (5 and 6). Pure South Residences is a gated and CCTV-controlled community. The parking is only accessible via remote control.
